‼️ Detangle & dematting: Not included in the estimated price. Fees start from RM5–RM75 depending on your pet’s condition, and will be charged separately after assessment.
‼️ Aggressive behavior / sensitive areas: Please inform us in advance if your pet is aggressive, easily stressed, or has any sensitive areas (e.g. ears, paws, belly, face). If a pet bites or causes injury, compensation from RM100 may apply (depending on severity).
