Yes, owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pet to the facility, equipment, or other pets With Evidence such as chewed items, scratched furniture, or injury to other pets is recorded from CCTV. Staff aim to resolve incidents fairly and may discuss the situation with the owner before any charges.
Minor damage or wear from regular play is expected and acceptable.
Pets do not damage toys intentionally — they are simply playing.
We replace toys as part of maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

We will immediately notify the owner if your pet shows signs of illness or injury.

Providing false or misleading information may result in only 50% of the payment being refunded, as we have already prepared for your pet’s stay based on the information provided.

Food & water: Pet bowls are regularly cleaned and replenished with fresh water. food bowls Immediately remove and washed after their meals.
